How I Work

There are times in our lives when we can benefit from talking with a trained professional to make sense of our feelings and patterns in our lives that challenge our emotional well being. Feeling understood and seen are what we all want. I have had over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families with addictions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationships and overall self-worth. I love what I do. My approach to therapy is collaborative. It is a process where we create meaning together through the therapeutic relationship. We travel this road together.
